We always endeavour to deliver the order within the estimated time. However, sometimes things outside the rider’s control can cause a delay. If that happens, the rider will call you and our team will work to get your order quickly as possible to you.

If you think you won’t be at the delivery address in time to receive your order, please add a note on the order for the rider to advise him/her where to deliver the order.

Our rider will try to call you if there is any difficulty in reaching your delivery address. If he/she cannot contact you, our team will try to contact you. Please double check your contact details and your address.

It is also an offence for an adult to buy alcohol on behalf of a person who is under the age of 18. We will process the refund as a void meaning that your bank/card provider will not take the money from your account in the first place. Accordingly, there may be no record of it in your statement. Some banks may take the payment and show the refund separately. If that is the case, please allow 3 working days before contacting us. You may contact us by clicking on “Contact us”.

1) Your full or partial refund was processed shortly after you have placed the order but is not appearing on your bank statement.

If your refund was processed within 8 hours of placing your order, the payment will show as voided. This means you were never actually debited for your order. Instead, the funds for this transaction would have returned to general availability in your bank account after 72 hours.

2) You can't see the full amount of your refund returned on your bank statement?

If you've paid for your order partially with card and part credit, this might be the reason. Our refunds reflect the ratio of Multi Multi Credit to card payment that is used to place the original order. For example, If 50% of an order was paid for by credit, then 50% of any sized refund on that order will return to a customer's Multi Multi account as credit. If this was not the case then please contact us on support@Multimultistores.com

As an independent contractor making deliveries via Multi Multi platform, you are paid for delivering food and grocery from our partner merchants to our customers.

Your delivery fee which is based on a fixed fee plus a rate per mile. When you receive the orders, it will display the fee that you will earn on the order delivery.  Unlike other services, we do not profit from the riders. We only take commission just enough to pay for the cost of VAT that we pay to the HMRC on delivery fees.

The Earnings tab of your Rider app will show a breakdown of your base pay, customer tips, and additional incentives so you can see everything you’re making in one place.

It’s also where you will see our commission for the only purpose of compensating us for the cost of VAT that we pay to HMRC on delivery receipts. We do not take any profit from our riders. Our competitors’ commission charges are excessive.

For a car, scooter, or moto bike you'll need both ‘Social, Domestic & Pleasure’ and ‘Hire & Reward’ insurance when working with Multi Multi.

Social, Domestic & Pleasure (SD&P)

This is a standard insurance that covers you for the everyday use of your vehicle.

Hire and Reward (H&R)

Your SD&P insurance does not cover you for your food delivery work with Multi Multi. If you’re delivering food in return for payment, in addition to SD&P you’ll need to have:

  • Hire and reward insurance, or
  • Fast food delivery insurance, or
  • Carriage of goods, including food, for hire and reward insurance

These are the specific type of cover that Multi Multi riders need to have in place to carry out food deliveries in a car, on a scooter or a motor bike. It covers you when you use your vehicle for work. We’ll need to see proof of this insurance before you start riding with us.

Currently we do not require you to have cover for the goods transported.

It is illegal to drive without valid insurance and you could receive a penalty ranging from a fine to disqualification from driving. Additionally, were you to be involved in an incident whilst not adequately insured, your insurance company would not cover the costs incurred.

As an independent contractor, you’re responsible for providing and maintaining your own equipment including:

  • A smartphone compatible with our ride app ‒ either ‘iOS’ or ‘Android’, a charger so your battery doesn’t run flat and a data plan.

  • A roadworthy scooter, motorbike, or car registered and insured. You’ll also need a full driving licence.

  • Something to wear ‒ while you can wear what you want, it’s very important you provide an excellent impression to customers and merchants alike. We’d like you to dress neatly and not wear clothing which contain words/slogans which might offend. Also, safety is important, and you’ll need a strong helmet and protective clothing if you’re riding a scooter/ motorbike.

  • Something to deliver food in ‒ food quality is essential to us all. Food must be transported in a sealed, commercial grade thermal bag so it gets to the customer hot and fresh. If you don’t have your own commercial grade thermal bag, you can buy one from Multi Multi before you start. We will provide the details of the items available in Multi Multi Supplies which is not yet setup.

You can start making deliveries on our platform once you complete the signup process, provide all the correct documents, participate in a quick screening call with a member of our team, and have all the required equipment.

As a courier on our platform, it means you have the freedom to choose when you can work, how often you work and how much you earn. You are under no obligation to provide any services to us and you are also free to work for other businesses.

You choose both when and how much you’d like to deliver. You can deliver all day every day or a little here and there as you wish- no commitment is required.

When you arrive to pick up your order, you can simply let the staff know you're there to pick up a Multi Multi order and provide your customer's name and or the order number.

We are a start-up and the production of the gear is in progress. As soon as they are available, they will appear in the Multi Multi Supplies, here

We’ll let you know when the kits and gear are available.

For the time being, please use appropriate bag to transport the order.

Lunch and dinner
Peak times tend to be the mealtimes, lunch (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and dinner (4:30 PM to 8:00 PM) are often the busiest times to deliver - which should mean more deliveries and money.

Where you deliver is your choice as well.

  • Busy areas are near the restaurants and convenience stores in your town. Other riders recommend parking near the area to maximise your chances of getting matched to an order fastest!
  • Start at home while you wait for your first order.
  • As we are a start-up, it will take time for us to cover a wider area at the start. As more and more merchants join us, we will update you the areas where you can deliver.

Step-by-step guide to use the Multi Multi Ride app, at each stage of your delivery:

  • Accepting and Declining Orders

When you receive an order, you’ll always see the take home earning and the distance. This will help you make an informed decision about whether you’d like to accept the order. You’ll have 60 seconds to evaluate the offer before it’s given to another nearby rider. Click “Accept” to get started!

You may accept or decline any delivery opportunity you are offered.

  • At the Restaurant or Grocery store, you can let the staff know you're picking up a Multi Multi order and provide your customer's name. Every order you receive will be paid for before you arrive. You can just pick up the order, thank the staff (our wider team), and head to the drop off location!
  • At every stage of the order delivery, please press the status in the bottom of the screen so that the customer is aware of the progress of their order.
    • When you arrived at the merchant, click on “Arrived at merchant”
  • When you have picked up the goods, click on “Order picked up”
    • When you have completed the delivery, click on “Delivered”. At this point, you have completed the delivery of the order and you will be ready to accept the next delivery.
  • Delivering to the customer is easy! The app will help you navigate to your drop off location, and it will show you any special delivery instructions. Previewing these instructions while you wait for your order is a great way to save time at your destination.  If you have any questions, you can reach your customer directly by clicking the phone or text options.
  • Customer communication can make all the difference. Calling or texting the customer on late deliveries can increase your ratings by 10%.
  • During COVID, most deliveries are “contactless”. These deliveries will have instructions for where the customer would like you to leave their order. Please refer to their notes on the order.
